Shipping Policy
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery typically takes 5-8 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
*Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Willow piece. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they're unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Custom or final sale items are not eligible for return.
To start a return, email us at contact@willowhomeandco.com with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, we cover it.
